Upgrade StorageInstallation with word 2003
Each time I try to install zotero plugin into word I get this message :
"Installation could not be completed because an error occurred. Please ensure that Microsoft Word is closed, and then restart Firefox."
The error report number is 871017631. Do you any clue to help me to install it ?

SimonZotero can't delete the file C:\Documents and Settings\jg222808\Application Data\Microsoft\Word\DÉMARRAGE\Zotero.dot, because it is in use or you don't have privileges to remove it. Delete it manually and try again. You may also need to disable any antivirus software.
