No option bar on popup print pages in 2.1.4 or 2.1.5

I usually open up print pages from news sites to have everything on one page. Reuters uses a popup window for its print versions.

After a long time with no problems, Zotero's option bar is now missing from the window of these popup print pages. Only the zotero library opens.

I upgraded to Firefox 4, and same problem.

I went back to 2.1.4 but no difference.

I tried going back to 2.1.3 but this link gives nothing:

The shortcut keys do not include "Create new item from this page" so I can't save anything at the moment for multiple page articles.

Any ideas?

    The create item from page icon doesn't appear it tab mode, but it should appear when the Zotero window is minimized (so that it can be displayed over the top of the page). Is that not the case?

    The problem is that when toolbars are disabled on a page, the Zotero toolbar is also disabled. This will be fixed in Zotero 2.1.6.
