disambiguated authors initialized in bibliography
It seems like Zotero initializes first names of different authors with the same family name in the bibliography. Initials are used in the citations for disambiguiation, but shouldn't first names in the bibliography be fully written out? Names of co-authors or editors in the same references have their full first names. I tested this and got the same effect with: Chicago (autho-date), ASA, APSA.

fbennettI've checked in some changes that fix this. The problem should go away in Zotero 2.1.6 when it comes out.
