Blank Zotero screen after updating to Zotero 2.1.1

After updating to Zotero 2.1.1, I have a blank Zotero screen and no logo. I have disabled the Norton add ons but it makes no difference. When I did the same upgrade on my MAC computer in the lab, I did not get this problem. How can I fix this asap to continue thesis writing?
  • Can you take a screenshot and post it somewhere (e.g., imageshack) so that we can have a better idea of what's going on?
  • Thanks, but I have just downloaded Firefox 4.0 and the problem has fixed itself.
