I can't add zotero to mac word 2011. please help!

You need to be more specific. What is the problem? If you're getting an error, can you generate a report ID?

Maybe I have a similar problem. I'm getting this message whenever Firefox starts:

Installation could not be completed because an error occurred. Please ensure that Microsoft Word is closed, and then restart Firefox.

I'm using MacOffice 2011, and all my programs are off.

There's no Zotero error in that report. Re-trigger the error and generate a new one.

Can you try installing the MacWord Integration Trunk XPI and let me know if that fixes the problem?
