Upgrade Storageuninstall

Since installing the standalone version I am unable to open any Word or PDF document. When I went to uninstall, my computer, which is running Windows, did not list it as an available program to uninstall. I do not see any options within the zotero folder to uninstall either.
Someone have a solution?
