Hello:

This is on behalf of a library patron. We have tried some troubleshooting, such as proxy interactions, resetting and updating translators, and uninstalling / installing Zotero.

The problem: The folder and document icons in the URL bar do not show up consistently while browsing lists and items in ERIC, Education Full Text via WilsonWeb. Additionally, not all items are saving even when there is an icon. In fact sometimes Zotero states that “An error occurred while saving this item. Check Known Translator Issues...” but it actually saves the item in the library. Other times it fails completely and seems dependent on which item one is viewing, which seems very odd and complicates the troubleshooting.

    if that's the case we really need URLs for the different scenarios to troubleshoot this.

    I get the "Could not save" error on the following two items, but they actually are imported into My Library. The patron also sees the error message, but it is not imported, which is why I'm confused. Some other items in WilsonWeb do not have issues, so it is not a "site-wide" problem.

    They both save for me, with quite incomplete metadata (no journal names, etc). I'll look into it some more tomorrow.

    It seems to be a complex problem, needing the attention of Wilson. Can we at least list WilsonWeb under known translator issues?
