After reopening the text document, Zotero starts to number new references from "1"
Hello,
I have Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic Coala, Firefox 3.6.15, OpenOffice 3.3.1 with Zotero 2.0.9 and Zotero OpenOffice integration 3.0b3.
I wrote an article and inserted citations in it using Zotero. This was my first time of trying it. Everything worked fine. After I closed the article and reopened it again with OpenOffice and tried to insert new citations, Zotero did not resume from the number it stopped last time, instead it started to number new citations from number 1 and did not even recognize previos citations at all (did not make gray background behind them), as if they were regular text characters. After moving the article paragraphs around so that citation #26 ended up between #24 and #25, I could not refresh the citations and updated numeration.
Any suggestions?

SimonDid you save the file as a doc? Word format doesn't preserve ReferenceMarks. You can save as odt, or you can select the Bookmarks option in the Document Preferences window.
