Winword integration 3.0b1 & word 2007 (cannot insert an citation)

When I insert the citation, I get the following error message.

"Zotero experienced an error updating the document"

I searched the relevant document in the forum, but couln't find the solution.

My working environment

OS: Windows 7 (64bit)
word 2007
firefox 3.6.15
zotero 2.0.9
zotero WinWord Integration 3.0b1

I did

1) re-install the word
2) re-install the firefox and zotero

but i couldn't fix the problem.

    Try installing Zotero 2.1 and the accompanying Word plug-in, available now on the front page.

    but the problem was not solved.

    I installed an openoffice 3.3 and tried to insert an citation.
    I got the following error.

    "Action not supported. Invalid Procedure Call"
