New style to be uploaded to repository

Hi:

I have created a new CSL1.0 style for the Journal of the Air & Waste Management Association. The gist link is here: https://gist.github.com/875465

The style uses many of the conventions of ACS but has a few peculiarities specific to the journal (e.g. doi's included with journals; no bracketted numbers in bibliography).
