XML Parsing Error leads to yellow screen of death
Hi, I just started using Zotero. It seems that after browsing for a while, Firefox will eventually become unresponsive (menus don't show up, text can't be entered) and any new tab will lead to a yellow screen with this error message:
XML Parsing Error: undefined entity
Location: jar:file:///usr/lib64/xulrunner-1.9.2/chrome/toolkit.jar!/content/global/netError.xhtml
Line Number 60, Column 12: <title>&loadError.label;</title>
-----------^
I am forced to close firefox and manually kill the process. I am running Zotero 2.0.9 on Firefox 3.6.13. I am running CentOs 5 on a 64-bit machine. I also have enabled the webdav feature.
Thanks for any help on resolving this issue!

But in terms of the underlying cause, 1) disable Zotero to make sure the problem goes away, and 2) if so, if you're using a proxy server, check proxy troubleshooting.
If you receive this message repeatedly, submit an error report and post the Report ID to a new thread in the Zotero Forums.
Then the error report comes up with these errors:
[JavaScript Error: "[Exception... I tried to submit but nothing happenned. Is this a problem with firefox or zotero? How can I tell the difference?
In regards to Dan's comments, I not using a non-English locale, the problem only started once I installed Zotero, and I am not using a proxy.
