New Style "Lettres et Sciences Humaines Françaises (Biblio et notes)"

Hi,

I worked with the librarian in chief of my university (French university of Literature and humanities) to produce a style that fits with the french standards. None of the existing styles contain exactly what french standards require.
We think that this style should be of interest for others French universities of Literature and humanities. Could you please put it in the style repository ?

I suppose the "invalid" tag comes from the fact I've choose CSL 1.0 Style, isn't it ?

yes indeed, I made sure the style validated in 1.0 before submitting.
