So I have been cutting and pasting and generally rearranging a document and Zotero cannot seem to keep up. I am using the Nature style and the issue I am having is that it isn't numbering references sequentially as it should with this style. For example, my first reference is 1, but the next reference in the paper is 6, followed by 12, followed by 48-51. These references should be 2, 3 and 4-7. Nothing I do, Zotero refresh etc. seems to work, my reference numbers still come out wrong. I am using Word 97 on Windows XP.

Also, oddly, just rearranging paragraphs seems to have further confused Zotero as some of my references are no longer even recognized by Zotero as being Zotero reference fields!
