Integration error with Word on Windows 7

Hi,
This morning I went to use the Zotero Word plug-in, and I am getting this:
Zotero Integration Error
Firefox could not load the component required to communicate with your word processor. Please ensure that the appropriate Firefox extension is installed and try again.

I'm using Word 2010, Windows 7, Zotero 2.0.9.
I guess there are few troubleshooting steps I could try, such as uninstalling an re-installing zotero. I thought I'd check here first to see if there are any known issues.

    re-installing Zotero is not very promising. Most of the time this is a java issue.

    If it's with the Word plug-in it's not a Java issue. Can you generate a report ID after re-triggering the error? Also, make sure that the plug-in shows up in Tools->Add-ons->Extensions.

    I didn't get a report ID, sorry. I reinstalled the word plug-in and it is now working correctly.
