Upgrade Storagesync goes on forever after password change
I had an RA start cleaning up my tags .. to give her access, I created a new password, but failed to change it on my Mac at work, so it was not syncing along the way. When we discovered this I manually set the new password on the Mac and the sync began, but fails to ever stop (even after 24 hours leaving the computer on). In addition, the Firefox window is rendered completely inactive and a large box pops up that says:
"The tag 20c has been added to and/or removed from items in multiple locations. It has been added to the following remote items:" followed by a list so long that I cannot see the bottom of it (and any options I might be being asked to choose at the end). And since the window is frozen, I cannot scroll down to the bottom. All I can do is Force Quit.
I presume that this will happen repeatedly for all of the many tags she has altered, if I can ever get out of this first situation.
Suggestions?
