Word 2010 / Word plugin / Run-time error 5

I am using Win7 and Word 2010 and recently the Zotero add-on in Word started saying "Run-time error 5: Invalid procedure call or argument" when I clicked on the button to insert a citation. I tried uninstalling the add-on and reinstalling it, but the problem persists. Advice?

    Instale el ZOTERO en mi equipo con sistema operativo windows 7, y luego lo hice con el plugin para word, pero no quedó instalado. Hay algún problema que sea word 2010?
    Si ya tenia el complemento de endnote en el word, esto podría generar algún conflicto?
    Veo que el gestor es muy bueno pero sin esta aplicación carece de funcionalidad.
