no "gear" icon & can't select items to export

there is no toolbar on my zotero interface & i am trying to select items from my library to export into endnote. how can i select my entire library from zotero & import it into endnote??

    You could right click on the library in the left pane & export it that way. But the reason you do not see the toolbar is most likely because you have other incompatible extensions or skins installed.

    I had same problem (not finding Gear icon etc) but everything showed up when I clicked Zotero under the Tools menu.
