Upgrade Storagedatabase upgrade error
I'm running the most recent version of Zotero on a pc and in Firefox, 3.6.13. Although my same version of Zotero running on the same version of Firefox on my Mac BookPro is functioning fine, on the pc, I'm getting the little yellow triangle that prevents me from opening Zotero and gives me the "database upgrade error." I have uninstalled Firefox, downloaded and installed a new version, deleted all add-ons other than zotero and continue to get the error. My university has installed Trend Micro Office Scan as the anti-virus anti-malware software. Could that be the problem?
