    After several days of a mostly empty queue thanks to the new server architecture, there's an issue today that's causing longer wait times. We're working on it.

    Do not use the reset options to fix sync issues. They are not meant for troubleshooting, and they will make things worse.

    Megan: It already has been. Only about 10 people are queued right now, all for under 10 minutes, and you're not one of them. I see a successful upload from you from 20 minutes ago.
