Conflict Resolution Window Keeps Popping Up

Error Report ID: 2071621287

I have a massive library and every time I try syncing with Zotero, I get this window saying there's a "Conflict Resolution." There's 133 conflicts and though I press "Continue" through all of them, the window keeps coming back with the same number of conflicts, preventing me from completely syncing my library.

How should I go about fixing this?
  • First, to understand the repeated conflicts: http://www.zotero.org/support/kb/repeated_conflicts

Second, from the error message: "Please perform a full sync in the Sync->Reset pane of the Zotero preferences."
  • Error report ID: 1193301147

I think this error message is a bit more specific. It details the repeated conflicts.

In regards to the previous error message about "Full Syncing", I had tried performing a "Restore To Zotero Server" reset and afterwards, still found the same "Conflict Resolution" window opening up.

As far as I know, I'm not canceling the "Conflict Resolution Process," and the other recommendations only tell me to either go back to original error window or post on the forums.

Do you have any other advice? I don't necessarily want to perform a full sync, but if I have to, I will so I can completely sync.
  • Conflicts have suspended automatic syncing.

Click the sync icon to resolve them.
That's not an error message. It means what it says.

If you still get an error message after clicking the sync icon and resolving the conflicts, provide another Report ID.
  • I did actually go through all of the conflict windows the first time it asked me to resolve them, then I clicked sync again. It brought up the conflict window again, so I tried a "Restore to Zotero."

Since the same conflict windows appeared after I had done the reset, this time, I didn't try resolving the same conflicts again, until you recommended it right now.

And it worked! I'm not sure why it worked the second time, and not the first, but hey, I'm not complaining.

You win this round Dan. ~_~

In all seriousness, though, thank you for the help!
