Hi,

I've never gotten this particular error while trying to sync my Zotero library, but I've just installed Zotero on a new install of Ubuntu 10.10 with Firefox 3.6.13. I will, as the error report suggested, try again in a few minutes.

Hi Dan,

I am still seeing the error. This is a new Firefox installation, so I expected that the initial sync would take some time, but the green arrow spins and spins and then I get the same error message.

What should be my next step?
