Can't save from BCIN or AATA
Hello, I was showing Zotero to a colleague using a Mac and she was unable to save from either of the following sites:
Bibliographic Database of the Conservation Information Network
bcin.ca
Representative URLs: http://www.bcin.ca/Interface/openbcin.cgi?submit=submit&Chinkey=116592 (item)
http://www.bcin.ca/Interface/bcin.cgi (result list)
AATA Online (Getty Museum)
http://aata.getty.edu/nps/
Representative URL: http://aata.getty.edu/nps/ - Looks like result lists and items are brought up in javascript boxes without changing the URL. Could that be why results are not coming in?
Please let me know if you need additional information to work on site translators for these museum bibliographic databases.

If there is no translator, Zotero can't import - and there is no capacity to work on new translators. The best chance at this time is to find a third party who is willing and able to write a translator, either because s/he wants to use it or because s/he is paid.
Or have you been able to save from these sites in the past?
So, an odd question - where would I find information on writing translators? If I wrote a translator, how would I submit it to Zotero.
If you have questions, please direct them to the developers' list. We'll explain anything unclear about how translators work and help troubleshoot your translator.
When you're ready, send your proposed translator to zotero-dev, so that it can be reviewed for inclusion in Zotero.
