I installed zotero and the openoffice plugin this morning. The Zotero toolbar shows up in oo, but I get the following error message each time I try to test it "Firefox could not load the component required to communicate with your word processor. Please ensure that the appropriate Firefox extension is installed and try again".
I have confirmed that Sun Java 6 is on my machine and functioning properly, was able to use java to watch test animation on sun website, and verified that java content was allowed in Firefox preferences.
What is the next step I should take to determine what is wrong?
