syncing hung for days

I have been trying to sync two new computers (Windows 7 OS, Firefix 3.6.13) with my zotero library for several days. The syncing icon spins indefinitely (> 24 hours on one of the machines). If I hold the mouse over the sync icon it says: "getting updated data from sync server." I tried checking My Library on zotero.org and got a message that something like "problem loading your files." A few minutes later, I checked My Library again, and it looked fine. Could an administrator please check to see if there is a problem with my account?
