Exporting Zotero data from Windows to Linux Ubuntu

Hi, I've recently changed my operating system from Windows to Linux Ubuntu. Was wondering how I can transfer my Zotero data from my Windows to my Ubuntu. Does anyone know where the files will be on either and if there are any problems in transferring it across?

    The best way to migrate your information is probably to copy your Zotero folder from the Firefox profile of your Windows system over to the Firefox profile on your Linux system. To find both Firefox Profiles see FAQ and Mozila's info on locating your profile.
