Annotations not showing
When I open the articles I saved to Zotero under "My Library" I can see the annotations. I created a group and have access to a group library. Then I moved my articles to the group library. When I open my articles in the group library, I do not see the annotations I made (that are originally there and saved and can be seen when looking at the articles under "My Library" folder.)
Thanks.

Thanks.

towards the bottom, make sure that "child notes" is checked under the "Groups" settings.
For future reference, if the "child notes" box is checked, when I click on an article in the Group Libraries under my file I should see the annotations? And if I don't see the annotations, what could be the problem?
Thank you!

You mean annotated snapshots, right? Those don't sync at all. Not to other computers, not to groups. sorry.
A snapshot is an image of a webpage. Zotero has an annotation function for those but those annotations don't sync. Most people store most of their articles in pdf files. These can be annotated with free software such as foxit or pdfxchange or, of course, adobe acrobat professional. Those annotations do sync.
All of these except Acrobat have free of charge versions that include the annotate feature.
If you're on Linux, many people find Pdf-Xchange run through wine the best current solution.
I had the same trouble as LovingLyf3. I snapshot the papers in html and make annotations and highlights on them. From this forum I understand that I cannot sync these annotations and highlight. However I am pretty sure I could do this from my laptop to my computer in my former lab. I do really need to see all my annotations and highlights in my new lab´s computer. Why I cannot sync this now?
Thank you any way.
