Upgrade StorageError message appears every time I open Firefox
The following error message appears each time I open Firefox and requires me to click OK before continuing:

! Zotero Word Integration could not complete installation because an error occurred.
IOError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: u'/Applications/Microsoft Office 2004/Office/Startup/Word/Zotero.dot
Per suggestions given to a writer posting on a different forum, I tried deleting Zotero.dot and also deinstalling/reinstalling Firefox and Zotero but no luck. Would appreciate any suggestions. I do not wish to use the Word Integration plugin anymore this point but would just like to eliminate the error message and just start using Firefox normally when I open it. Thanks.

Simonedited January 15, 2011Go to Tools->Add-ons->Extensions and click the "Disable" button (or the "Remove" button) next to Zotero MacWord Integration.
