Group library: I don't see all items

Hi all

My colleague set up a group library with about 50 items.
The problem is, that I and another colleague who were invited to use/share the group library cannot see all 50 items but only 21.

Is there anyone who has an idea, how this can happen?

    Thanks for the URL.

    The problem is that there is no syncing problem at all.
    Everything seems to be fine.

    It is strange that only the items are in the group library that were collected at the beginning (November 2010). The newest are not available (December 10/January 11).

    What is meant by this? "make sure that all computers are using the same account in the Sync pane of the Zotero preferences. "

  • The syncing problem would be on your colleague's computer. They can do a Full Sync from the Sync->Reset pane of the Zotero preferences, but that should never be necessary—it's far more likely that syncing just isn't completing on their computer.

    That's referring to syncing a personal library, not a group library.
  • Now the red error icon appears during syncing on my colleague's computer.

  • Is your colleague running the latest version (2.0.9) of Zotero? A wizard should be popping up during sync offering to modify the tag: http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/13455/bug-in-syncing-abstract-too-big/?Focus=66180#Comment_66180

    Now some hours later the wizard appeard.
    She could edit the tag and zotero is now syncing and syncing...

    I hope the problem will be solved when the syncing process is completed.

    Now I see all items she has collected in the group library! :-)
    She started synchronizing the library and after "hours" all items appeared.
