ID: 1711598172 - Error updating document

WinWord Integration 3.0 Branch XPI installed

Error when inserting a citation: "Ein Fehler ist beim Update Ihres Dokuments aufgetreten." (An error occured updating your document).
After the first installation it worked nicely. But I can not pin down the moment when it stopped working.

I reinstalled Zotero and the Winword Plugin. Did not help.
Deleting the 2 files in the Firefox Profile did not help either.

    From your report ID, it looks like you're running the released version Zotero WinWord Integration 3.0b1 and not the WinWord Integration branch XPI. I don't know if this is because you installed the branch XPI after generating the report ID and still saw the error, but in any case, a report ID from the branch XPI should contain additional information to help us track this down.

    You are right, I tried the branch XPI after the generation of the report. Teh error still occurs.
    The new report ID is 94247195.

    There are no Zotero errors in that report. Can you re-trigger the error and then generate another?

    Yes, I see the error there. Are you running either Firefox or Word as administrator or in compatibility mode? Try right-clicking each shortcut, selecting Properties, and then selecting the Compatibility tab, and make sure that neither of these options are checked.

    That´s it!!!!
    I am running Word as Admin due to the strange restrictions when saving the documents as normal user. Starting Word not as Admin but in normal mode solves the problem with Zotero.
