error synching

first post here - am trying to sync my Zotero files but it is constantly freezing firefox . . . the report ID is 576290218.
i am forced to close down firefox each time - any suggestions on what to do would be welcome

    how long do i let firefox just hang . . . it comes back with an error report and i cant seem to do anything for a long time.

    Based on your error report, you might also try disabling your other Firefox extensions.
