ISI Web of Science not working in 2010

Can't import citations from Web of Science. Using Firefox 3.6.8 and Zotero 2.0.6. Saw earlier threads about ISI Web of Science not working, but back in 2008. Not sure why this site is not working now. Any help?

    The above is the URL for ISI Web of Science I am using. This page did not let me import references before, but I have now restarted my MacBook Pro. That seemed to fix the problem. I can now import references from the same ISI Web of Science page that did not work earlier today. Perhaps I just needed to restart the computer after installing the newest version of Firefox.

    Me too. No way to import any citation from ISI. Workaround is just try to download the PDF and hope metadata are available inside it.

    Ditto. I'm doing a workshop soon including some science people who will want to use WoS and hate to disappoint them. Any work arounds?

    Also using Firefox 4.0 and Zotero 2.1.1 (Windows 7-x64, Java 6.0.24): Site translator neither working with v.4.10 of ISI web of knowledge (http://apps.isiknowledge.com) nor with version 5.1 (http://apps.webofknowledge.com) of the interface, but had worked at least with 4.1 two(?) weeks ago. Seems to be a quickly moving target...

    ISI Web works on one computer (Win 7, Firefox 4, Zotero 2.1.8), ie I can see the page icon in the address bar to save the citation into my collection

    But the same page http://apps.isiknowledge.com/full_record.do?product=WOS&search_mode=GeneralSearch&qid=3&SID=2E3ebIaFlN3o4k2edaj&page=5&doc=42

    On another Win 7, Firefox 4, Zotero 2.1.8 and on a Mac OSX, Firefox 4, Zotero 2.1.8 doesn't show the little page icon in the address bar, so that we can not save the citation.

    works for me - have you get the exact same URL on the computers where this isn't working (not just the same entry)?

    Related question: I'm getting the entry in all caps - @ajlyon - would it make sense to title case all input here?

    I have a new version of the ISI that might work better; it addresses the title case at least:
    Please go to http://github.com/ajlyon/zotero-bits/raw/master/ISI Web of Knowledge.js and save the file to the translators directory of your Zotero data directory (http://www.zotero.org/support/zotero_data).

    It should start working again. If this works for you, please post here so that I can submit this change to be pushed to all users.

    Web of Science is not working for me either. Sorry if I have missed somewhere else where this has already been updated (I looked through half a dozen different threads). I receive a translator error message (Could not save item - check known translator issues). I am at Oregon State University, which just applied the new Web of Knowledge interface (orange and blue font) in the past couple of weeks (I just tried the database for the first time this week).     Try the steps at the end of this thread to install the updated translator, then restart Firefox and see if it works.
