name suffix in chicago

Hi All,
I'm sure this has been addressed somewhere but I cannot find so I appreciate a pointer.

I have a cite with an author whose name is Ben Witherington III
How do I enter this so that using chicago full note style I get first cites that are
Ben Witherington III

2nd cites that are
Witherington

and Bibliography that is
Witherington, Ben, III.

    Enter the name in Zotero as last name "Witherington", first name "Ben, III"

    That should work, at least in the Zotero 2.1 betas. I'm not sure how it works in the 2.0.x series (the stable versions).
