communication probles with word for mac

I have just now installed zotero 2.0.9 on my mac OS 10.6.5 and at the same time I installed pythonExt for firefox and Zotero MacWord integration 3.0a8. The installation went well and I can add articles to Zotero from firefox, but whenever I try to use the Zotero menu in Word I get the message "Word could not communicate with Zothero. Please ensure that Firefox is open and try again" (firefox is open). I have tried uninstalling everything and reinstalling it, but I still have the same problem. I hope someone can help me?

    From where did you install Zotero MacWord Integration 3.0a8? The latest version of Zotero MacWord Integration is 3.0b7, which is newer and may fix your problems.

    Thank you very much - it seems to be working now. I used a link from my university which I though was directly to Zotero, but apparently not.
    Anyway - thank you so much. Im looking forward to being able to use the programme.
