Import pdf files

Excuse me, I am just starting out. Can anyone point me to instructions that may already exists on how to import pdf files that I already have in Zotero? I would appreciate any help I can get.

    Could you clarify.

    Do you want to import pdf files from your computer into Zotero? If this is the case you can drag them into Zotero. This will add the files to your collection but they will not have any associated metadata.
