Word 2008 for Mac is not working with document previously edited with OpenOffice
                    Dear All,
I am having troubles with the Word 2008 plugin.
I already did the reinstall step. I understood that for W2008 there will be no toolbar but a script that I can access.
problem is whenever I click on "add bibliography"I am given the "you must insert a quotation first" preventing me from entering any bibliography and from formatting it.
This worflow worked fine with OpenOffice until now (why did I switch, don't ask me!)
Thanks for your help!

For a start, open a fresh document, insert a citation and create a bibliography.
If that's working, this isn't a Zotero problem per se, but one of that particular document.
My guess would be that you worked with Ooo so far, using reference marks, then saved the file as a .doc to continue in Word 2008, thus deleting all the links to Zotero (as .doc doesn't support reference marks). If you still have the old .odt this can be fixed.
I will keep you updated, thanks anyway !
