Group Storage

Spyroulla
Hi,

I am member in a Group and the owner of the group bought some extra storage. i am trying to sync the files and it shows me an error about storage. Why?

    What error exactly?
    Also, are you sure you're just trying to sync files to the group and not also your personal files?
    Finally, make sure that you're not accidentally trying to upload one giant file

    Make sure you are logged in to the same account on both the website and the Zotero client. Make sure you have bought storage and own the group with the correct account (go to Settings > Storage on the website).

    I am not the group's owner. How can i choose to sync only the group files?

    The group's quota is determined by the group owner. Your additional storage won't help you.

    Sorry I misread that. In the client under gear menu > preferences > sync. You can uncheck "Sync attachment files in my library using ..." and leave "Sync attachments in group libraries" checked.
