Upgrade StorageSync from server
Dear experts,
I got a new computer and now I would like to sync my literature from the server but neither just the sync option nor the reset option "restore from the server" is working. The two PCs I have zotero installed (and they are synced together and with ther server) are runnig under XP, now the new one is Windows7 but to my knowledge this should not be the problem. Do I miss an important point or can someone make a guess why it is not working with the new PC. I also tried to add a new file to zotero on the new computer but this cannot be synced to the server neither.

"Not working" isn't enough info.
Zotero mentions "sync with server" but nothing is received from the server.
