Unable to import from Web of Science

I can't seem to import anything from Web of Science, the known translator issues message shows up. However, for sites like amazon and JSTOR it works fine. Anyone else having these problems? It was working fine a few days ago, and I know on Sunday, web of science was doing some site maintenance....

    I have this problem too.
    I am currently testing Mendeley (www.mendeley.com), an another bibliography tool comparable to Zotero. The import from "Web of science" is working fine with Mendeley.
    For exemple, someone can test the following URL
    http://apps.isiknowledge.com/summary.do?qid=3&product=UA&SID=X1dHIHcH66gdpf%40BABG&search_mode=GeneralSearch

    I too have been using Mendeley. Oddly enough, I was able to save items from the URL you provided...however, when I went back and did an advanced search, I was unable to save items.

    For example:
    http://apps.isiknowledge.com.proxy2.cl.msu.edu/full_record.do?product=WOS&search_mode=GeneralSearch&qid=1&SID=4AF89BCCMJoiI3kbiHp&page=1&doc=2

    Not sure if this is a proxy issue or not.
