Upgrade StorageEbsco problem, and pardon my ignorance
I've searched the forums and see that there've been Ebsco problems before, seemingly resolved. My problem is that I can suck in citations just fine, but the pdf doesn't come along with them. I have tried right-clicking on the pdf link to "save link as Zotero snapshot," but when I do this nothing happens (at least as far as I can tell).
Am I doing something wrong? Isn't the pdf supposed to come down into Zotero with the citation info?
In preferences I have clicked "automatically associate pdfs" and it does work on some other sites.
It's a wonderful program, and i'm grateful for any help.

seanNot all translators grab associated PDFs, and EBSCOhost is one of those that does not.
