Zotero with established pdf collection
Hi Guys,
I have a library all set up and shared on the web (files are on file server / apache server). What I'm looking for is a way to keep the directory structure.
I have noticed that zotero just copies everything to it's 'storage' folder in exceedingly unfriendly numbered subfolders. So how can I force zotero to just scan a folder and keep tabs on whats in there (in case a colleague drops in a pdf). For those that use winamp it is the same as the media library. Is this possible?

Anyone have some solution to this :? I understand if I'm saving a website I would want a directory to hold all the individual files. But making a new dir for each .pdf that I import is also kinda wasteful on the disk. (Yes, I conserve even that I have too much space. :P)
