Zotero MacWord Integration 3.04b could not complete

Zotero MacWord integration could not complete message on starting Firefox.
PythonExt installed from Zotero website.
Is this a compatibility issue to be addressed?

    I am having trouble integrating zotero into Word. I have successfully downloaded Python Ext. and Zotero MacWord Integration 3.0b5. Both show up when I click "Tools" and "Add-Ons" in Zotero. However, I can not see the icons in my Word:mac 2008, even when I go to Tools and click "Templates and Add-Ons," as instructed on the help page. zotero doesn't seem to show up at all in my Word program. I have tried restarting the computer; still not luck. I tried to make sure that Java was running and according to the test, it is running properly.

    Thank you. I didn't see that. I was able to find zotero and the "add citation" option through this drop down menu on Word. However, when I clicked on add citation, the following error message appeared: "Word cannot communicate with Zotero. Please make sure that Firefox is open and try again." Firefox is open and I am fully logged into zotero, so I am not sure why I am getting this error message.

    Something seems to have happened to my zotero homepage on Firefox. I no longer see the little icon at the bottom of the screen that allows me to access my library. Please help: how can I find this icon again so that I can access all of my research data without having to go to my library online?

    Closing this discussion, since it no longer pertains to MacWord ("Word cannot communicate with Zotero" is expected if Zotero is not appearing in Firefox) and the original bug it described has been fixed. Please start a new discussion if you experience further issues.
