My computer is failing to sync to the group library. The two other computers using the group library are not having problems. This problem has been ongoing for at least 2 weeks now. I would appreciate any help in fixing it as it is delaying my ability to do my work.
  • That's a strange error. Can you restart Firefox completely (which might involve restarting your computer or making sure firefox.exe is completely gone in the Task Manager) and try again, and provide another Report ID if you continue to get an error?
  • I have restarted Firefox completely, making sure it was gone in the Task Manager and then restarting the computer. My zotero is syncing, now and I will let you know the outcome of this sync.
  • I am not sure what part of the process fixed the errors to the sync, but my Zotero has officially synced without error. Thanks for you help with this issue.
