Zotero iopen office error in Firefox

I received this error since I installed Zotero for Firefox: "zotero openoffice integration could not complete installation" and then it says to close open office and restart firefox. but that doesnt work.

I checked all my Firefox plugins and extensions and updated all that it offered, but it just updated me to 3.6.12v of FF. Nothing else was there.

I am using Firefox 3.6.12, Zotero is 2.0.9 version and I'm using Windows XP sp3. And I'm using Open Office 3.1 When trying to figure this out searching online ...I saw online that I could get a number to help Tech at Zotero assit me with this...so, I went to my error reporting and the ID that was assigned to me for this is 176813596. I just went to Open Office and am downloading OO3.2.1 Don tknow if this is going to work...

Can someone please tell me how to get this fixed so I can fully use Zotero? I'm just now setting up my library and want everything to work correctly. Thanks!

    Well, first install OOo 3.2.1 and see if that helps. If not, go to Add-ons->OpenOffice.org Integration and click "Detect Paths" and then "Re-Install OpenOffice.org Components". If you still get an error, copy the UNO directory and soffice directory paths from that window and post them here.
