Upgrade StorageCitation language
I know there have been some requests on the possibility to change citation/bibliography language (by circeus and others), and I would just like to support this idea. I publish in English and Norwegian, and it just seems a bit troublesome to change Firefox localization (about:config) just to generate citations and bibliographies in different documents. In fact I had to change the system localization on my Ubuntu-laptop to have it changed in Firefox!
