Hi,
I love the idea behind this software but as of yet have not been successful in extricating the information I have entered. I received errors about inability to update my document ( i am using word 2007) and when I tried to simply create a bibliography, no matter what combination I tried, the program was unsuccessful and told me to try again.
I would appreciate any guidance as I hesitate to continue my work through the program if I cannot extricate anything in an orderly fashion and will have to retype everything anyway.

    What style are you using? Have you tried selecting a different one?

    Hi,
    I have tried both APA and AMA, and neither works. When I tried MLA I was able to generate a bibliography and even enter a citation. Is there a way to get APA to work?

    Have you downloaded new versions of those styles or modified them yourself? Try re-downloading the default versions of APA and AMA from the styles page and restarting Firefox.

    I tried it yesterday, but was unsuccessful. I just tried re-downloading it again and now it seems to work.
