Hej,
I can not synchronise my document. I gives always a faillure message. I tried to fix it by copying the document etc, onfortunately it does not help.
When I try to make a new reference in a new word document, it does not refer but gives me this code instead of a number

In new documents Zotero works great, I really love this program. In my broken document the error message is:
Component returned failure code: 0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE)
