fout bij bijwerken document

Als ik mijn referentielijst of document wil bijwerken krijg ik de volgend emelding:

Bij het bijwekren van uw document is een fout opgetreden in Zotero
Component returned failure code: 0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE)
[zoteroIntegrationFiled.getCode]

Ik heb de nieuwste versie geinstalleerd, gebruik word 2007.

Is er iemand die mij kan helpen?
