I have a syncing problem ID 572535450

Hello,

I I have a syncing problem ID #572535450. I can't sync my local pc with the server.
I first says "username is not set" and than I get this message (it's only part of it):

"[JavaScript Error: "Async statement execution returned with '11', 'database disk image is malformed'" {file: "file:///C:/Program%20Files/Mozilla%20Firefox/components/nsPlacesDBFlush.js" line: 312}]

[JavaScript Error: "uncaught exception: Username not set"]


How do I solve this?

    That first message isn't about Zotero, but it does indicate that your Firefox bookmarks database is corrupted, which could mean that you have serious problems with you Firefox profile directory.

    But have you set your username in the Sync pane of the Zotero preferences? Are you using Zotero or WebDAV file syncing? If the latter, have you entered your WebDAV username?

    I'm using Zotero file syncing and I have entered my username in the Zotero preferences.
    What do you think is the problem than ?

    It's possible your Firefox password database is corrupted along with your bookmark database, though really you should get a proper error about that. But given what appear to be problems in your Firefox profile, you could try creating a new Firefox profile directory, moving your Zotero data directory there, and installing Zotero into that profile.
