Open Office on Mac

Dear all

I installed Zotero with no problems on Firefox. However, the plugin won't work with Open Office on Snow Leopard. Initial error message: Microsoft Office is not installed on this Mac.

When I tried to change this so that Zotero would know to install itself for an Open Office user, by going to the Firefox add-ons and selecting the Zotero Mac-Word integration add-on preferences, it just gives me the option to re-install for MS Office. Grrr!!

Any help?

    Did you install the right plug-in? Sounds like you installed the one for MS Word.
