Hangs indefinetely when Scan RTF v.2.1b1

The process of Scan RTF (only one recognized book citation) takes forever without producing any (scanned) file.

    This may have been caused by a bad return value from the relevant formatting method of the citeproc-js processor -- from the code, it looks like Simon had rtfScan set up and working originally, and I think a processor upgrade back in August may have broken it.

    I've fixed the method in the processor (change to cmd_cite.js), and filed a patch to Zotero that takes the fix into account. I didn't have any previous experience with rtfScan, but with the upgraded processor and patch, it seems to work on my system here.
